Welcome To East Metro AFS
The East Metro Area Team is located in Minnesota and makes up one half of the Twin Cities covering its State Capitol (Saint Paul) and surrounding communities north, south and east of the States capitol city. Some of the communities we cover reach as far north of Saint Paul as the city of Braham, east of Saint Paul as the communities of Stillwater and Hudson Wisconsin to the south of Saint Paul and the communities of Red Wing and Hastings.

Minnesota is the land of 10,000 lakes, and the Twin Cities/East Metro area has plenty of lakes, not to mention the Mississippi and Saint Croix rivers. There are many attractions within the East Metro /Twin Cities from the Minnesota Zoo, to the Mall of America to plenty of opportunities to experience theater, music and sports. Some of the events that take place through the year include the Minnesota State Fair, Saint Paul Winter Carnival and Grand Old Day.
